C&S Compliance & Consultancy Services Ltd (CCS) is an independent entity formed by like-minded partners and established professionals with more than 30 combined years of experience on the corporate, compliance and risk advisory fronts. The Company is based in Mauritius and specialises in the provision of AML/CFT and compliance services to a global network of clients.

The local and international business landscape has witnessed a massive and extremely fast evolution over the past years on all fronts. Legislations and compliance standards have been intensified and strengthened to match the higher AML/CFT risks and governance practices worldwide. CCS is a product of mindful and informed professionals who have deep exposure on the operational, corporate and risk advisory fronts. We believe in establishing solutions to transform high risk situations into well managed scenarios for our clients.

We help you to gather information surrounding possible situations/elements that may harm your business. We guide you in the assessment of the impact of such risks. Once the risk level is identified, we help you in undertaking measures to resist the risks identified.

The ability to adapt and flexibly adjust processes and frameworks to meet business needs along with regulatory requirements considering available resources;

We understand that some business already have certain resources in place. We help you to train your staff or enhance the existing resource allocation system. We guide you towards the implementation of robust compliance infrastructure including process and software as is required.

A feasibility review of proposals/recommendations for the business;

We discuss the recommendations with you to ascertain whether these can be implemented or not. We include you in the process and consider your valuable feedback in designing solutions.

The testing of solutions proposed;

We also test the solutions designed to identify glitches or finetune successful policies and steps such the your business can benefit from added value.

Reporting of findings, solutions and feedback from start to finish;

We communicate with you and keep you informed throughout the process. We have a policy to respond to your queries within 24 hours. Customer Experience is key to our firm.

LEADERSHIP TEAM

Our team consists of qualified and experienced professionals who have developed their reputation in the field. We also strive in pushing women on the forefront to improve gender parity in the business world. The leadership team consists Anjela Sonya Mohadeb who is supported by a robust team.

Anjela Sonya Mohadeb
Sonya holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the Newcastle University, United Kingdom and is an Associate Member of The Chartered Governance Institute (ICSA). Sonya has accumulated work experience from the offshore and banking sectors through her employment in one of the largest fiduciary firms in Mauritius and from AfrAsia Bank. She also handled the secretarial work of sovereign funds and companies listed on the Mauritian Stock Exchange. Sonya also acts as a non-executive director for a management company in Mauritius. Sonya is one of the founding partners of CCS.
